My Ultimate Tool for Amazon Support 🖥️

Contacting Amazon support is harder than it should be. And don’t even get me started on the lack of quality support! I built a tool that should help you get in contact with the right support worker. Contacting Amazon support is dreadful enough, at least my tool will save you some time. Click here to learn how to use it and access it for FREE.

API Update 💻

Amazon's new Data Kiosk API, currently in public beta, offers a GraphQL-based reporting suite for developers working on reporting solutions for Selling Partners. It allows easy access to bulk data from Amazon's retail dataset, enabling flexible reporting with custom queries. The API ensures efficient data retrieval, providing JSONL reports in a secure manner with limited visibility to specific applications for Selling Partner data. Link

Twitch Update for Advertisers 📷

Amazon DSP has introduced new Content Controls for Twitch Premium Video, providing advertisers with a simpler and more effective way to exclude content that may not align with their brand. These controls offer three tiers of off-the-shelf brand-safe options, allowing advertisers to balance suitability and reach. Link

Better Ad Creatives 🎨

Amazon DSP has launched standard display, an API-first ad experience that streamlines creative building by allowing users to upload multiple image assets across three creative types in one workflow. This feature replaces three existing creative types, simplifying the process for users who can now upload up to 10 image assets at once and see immediately which images are supported by different line item types. The new standard display is designed to significantly reduce creative trafficking time, with some users estimating a 70% reduction. Link
